Best customer service of all the accessibility companies in Tyler.I brought in an old knee scooter I bought off of FB Marketplace and they went above and beyond to fix the issue and make sure it was safe for my grandson to use. Best bunch of people I have ever met.I called access to mobility to repair an electric scooter. It was not one that they had built, but they were very willing to come out and look at it. The price was very fair. They also aired up the tires and replaced the brake fluid. They took it back to the shop to work on it for about an hour and brought it back. Excellent customer service and very friendly people to work with. Would highly recommend!Everyone was so nice and very helpful. We brought 2. And we love them. Thank you so much. We are now ready for our 3 months adventure.Had a great experience. Work on my husband’s power chair was done in a very timely manner. Everyone is nice there. You did replace the batteries on my mobility scooter but, that wasn't the most important problem. My scooter after being worked on still is not working properly at all. Thank you Access 2 Mobility My husband has Inclusion Body Myositis. ACCESS 2 Mobility has been with us helping to keep my husband as active as possible for the last few years. We bought a scooter and carrier for our car years ago and recently bought a pre-owned handicapped van from them. All the kind people at Access 2 Mobility have been dedicated to helping my husband have the best quality of Mobility that he can have.
