Aqua Creek Neptune Pool Lift – Warranty Information

Aqua Creek provides a 5-year limited warranty on the Neptune Pool Lift. All structural components that are properly installed, used, and maintained are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

Electrical and other non-structural components, including the linear actuator, are covered under a pro-rated 5-year warranty beginning from the original date of purchase.

Pro-Rated Coverage for Non-Structural Components:

Years 1–2: 100% replacement coverage
Year 3: 60% replacement coverage (customer responsible for 40%)
Year 4: 50% replacement coverage (customer responsible for 50%)
Year 5: 40% replacement coverage (customer responsible for 60%)

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear from everyday use.

The lift must not exceed its rated weight capacity, as overloading is considered misuse and will void the warranty.

Please note that this warranty does not include labor or freight costs related to installation, removal, or repair. Any product that has been altered, repaired, or improperly installed without written authorization from Aqua Creek will also void all warranty coverage.
