• Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be issued in the original payment method.
• Items returned after 30 days will be refunded as a store credit, redeemable on your next purchase.
• Please note that original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations:

• We strive to deliver a seamless service experience, and if you need to cancel an order, our team is here to assist you.
• Access2Mobility accepts cancellations for factory-sealed, unopened, and new merchandise within 10 days of the customer’s receipt of the product.

Processing Time:

• All returns and cancellations will be processed within 30 days of receipt, provided all specified conditions are met.

Important Information:

• Access2Mobility requires a valid Return Authorization Number for all returns. Please contact us at 903-592-6760 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
• A 20% restocking fee will apply to any returned non-defective merchandise, and customers are responsible for covering shipping costs both to and from their location.
• Returned merchandise must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number.

Please note that there are no returns accepted on part orders and vehicle purchases.

Documentation and Packaging:

• All returns must include a detailed written description of the defect or issue, along with instructions on how to replicate the problem or the reason for the return.
• Returned merchandise must include all factory-packed accessories in the original packaging. Incomplete returns will be credited accordingly, reflecting the value of any missing accessories.
