Description
Aquatic Access in-ground lifts bring the company’s water-powered design to standard pools: hook up a hose, and household water pressure does the lifting — no electrical run to the pool deck, no batteries to charge, very little to go wrong.
Common questions
How does it compare to powered lifts like Aqua Creek’s? Different philosophies: battery-electric lifts like the Ranger 2 offer push-button convenience. Water-powered trades that for near-zero maintenance and no charging. Both get you in the pool.
Installation requirements? Deck anchoring and a hose bib within reach — simpler than most people expect.
All IGAT Aquatic Access In-Ground Lifts allow maximum access from the deck for the user and any assistant. Side to side transfers are easy – the outer armrest and footrest flip up out of the way and the mounting arm sits under the seat for unobstructed wheelchair access.
Independently operable, upper and lower controls are within easy reach of the rider and anyone wanting to call the seat from the opposite location. The seats automatically turn forward into the pool/spa (clockwise is standard), travel 44″ vertically, stop or reverse at any point, and padlock in the deck position with the water turned off. All IGAT models except the IGAT-90 are ADA-compliant for commercial pools.
A plumbed-in line or a hose to a faucet can supply the water pressure.
Regular city water pressure (35 PSI to 70 PSI max) is usually enough to lift a 400 lb person (at 55-65 PSI).
