Own the books end to end for a close-knit East Texas company that helps people get their independence back — and actually know everyone’s name while you do it.
This is a true full charge bookkeeper position. You own the books from the first journal entry through the month-end close — no piecemeal data entry. You’ll report directly to ownership and play an important part in the success of our business.
Day to day, you’ll keep our financial records accurate and current in QuickBooks Enterprise: entering transactions, paying the bills, reconciling the accounts, and closing each month cleanly so leadership always knows exactly where things stand.
We’re a local mobility-equipment dealership, so the person in this position is trusted, visible, and genuinely relied on. If you take pride in owning your work and seeing it matter, you’ll fit right in.
Record and maintain accurate general journal entries that keep the ledger clean and current.
Manage vendor bills and accounts payable so everything is paid accurately and on time.
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, catching discrepancies before they become problems.
Own a clean, on-schedule month-end close so ownership always has a clear financial picture.
Handle daily financial recordkeeping in QuickBooks Enterprise, keeping the books audit-ready.
Pull together the numbers ownership needs to make confident, day-to-day business decisions.
Good working knowledge and hands-on experience with QuickBooks Enterprise
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to learn and apply new software quickly
Experience with General Journal and Accounts Payable
Experience with bank and credit card reconciliation
High integrity and excellent references

Not required — if you bring it, great. If not, don’t let it stop you from applying.
We sell and service wheelchair-accessible vans, mobility scooters, stair lifts, platform lifts, and home accessibility products across East Texas. For our customers, that’s not a purchase — it’s their independence back.
Behind every one of those handoffs is a business that has to run right. Accurate books are what let us keep our promises, take care of our people, and be here for the next family that needs us. That’s the work you’d own.
It’s a warm, practical place to work — small enough that your work is seen and appreciated, steady enough to build something lasting.
