    Careers at Access 2 Mobility

Access 2 Mobility builds careers around a simple idea: meaningful work that changes lives. As a Waco-area leader in wheelchair-accessible vehicles and mobility equipment, we help people with disabilities regain their independence every day β€” and careers on our team put you right at the center of that mission.

Our current opening is for a Mobility Equipment Technician, but every role here shares the same purpose. You will install and service wheelchair-accessible vans, power wheelchairs, and mobility scooters that give our customers freedom on the road and at home.

    Why build your career here

We invest in the people who build these careers. Technicians receive hands-on factory training from industry partners such as BraunAbility, competitive pay, paid time off, and a clean, modern shop environment. Most importantly, you will see the direct impact of your work in the confidence and freedom of the families you help. It is the kind of career where the reward is measured in more than a paycheck.

    Who we are looking for

The best careers at Access 2 Mobility go to people who take pride in doing things right. You do not need years of experience β€” mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help others matter most, and we will teach you the rest. If you are dependable, curious, and want work that means something, we would love to meet you.

We keep the process simple and the culture supportive, because we want technicians who stay and grow with us for the long haul. Many of our team members have turned a first job into a lasting career while earning new certifications along the way. When you grow, we grow, and our customers get the expert care they deserve.
