How the ATC conversion works
- The driver’s door opens up and over the cab, forming a canopy that shields the user and the lift from the weather.
- A quiet single-motor hydraulic lift raises or lowers the wheelchair platform in 20 to 25 seconds.
- The factory driver’s seat has been removed, so the wheelchair locks into the driving position. With hand controls added, the user drives on their own.
One remote starts the truck and runs the lift. With the door closed, the Silverado looks like any other Trail Boss. The conversion is pre-owned, and the original factory driver’s seat is not included.
