How the fold-out ramp works
Press one control and the power sliding door opens and the ramp unfolds to the curb. When stowed, the ramp folds upright at the doorway, and both power sliding doors still operate like factory doors. The fold-out design has fewer parts under the floor than an in-floor system, includes a manual backup if the power system ever fails, and typically costs less to own.
Seating and securement
BraunAbility removed the middle-row seats and lowered the floor, so the second row is open space for a wheelchair. The three-seat bench in the third row stays, which means the van still carries the driver, a front passenger, and three more in back along with the wheelchair rider. The rubber floor wipes clean.
